Chairperson: dr. Ifta Choiriyyah, MSPH., Ph.D.

She is a lecturer in the Department of Biostatistics, Epidemiology, and Population Health, Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing, UGM. She is also active as a researcher in the Global Early Adolescent Study and the Center for Reproductive Health UGM. She completed her medical education in 2009 from Universitas Gadjah Mada, then pursued a master’s degree at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, USA, in 2013 in the field of population, family, and reproductive health, and obtained a doctorate in the same department in 2019. Dr. Ifta’s specialization is in biostatistics and demography. Her research in public health focuses on reproduction and sexual health, with over 7 years of experience in implementing surveys in developing countries, data management and analysis, and manuscript writing.

Vice-Chairperson: dr. Eggi Arguni, Sp.A(K)., MSc.,Ph.D.

dr. Eggi is not only a lecturer and clinician at Dr. Sardjito General Hospital but also a consultant in the Infection and Tropical Disease Division at the Department of Pediatrics, Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing UGM. He obtained his medical degree in 1999 from Universitas Gadjah Mada and in 2005 earned a Doctoral degree from the Graduate School of Medicine, Chiba University, Japan, in Immunology. He was awarded the Master of Science and Pediatrician Specialist degrees in 2011 at Universitas Gadjah Mada. From 2015 until now, he has been interested in various research activities with a focus on child health, infectious diseases, and immunology. Contact: eggiarguni@ugm.ac.id

Head of Data Collection Division: Dr. dr. Prima Dhewi Ratrikaningtyas, M.Biotech.

She is a lecturer in the Department of Biostatistics, Epidemiology, and Population Health. Additionally, she is a researcher at the Center for Reproductive Health, Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing, Universitas Gadjah Mada. She completed her medical education in 2002 from Universitas Gadjah Mada, obtained a Master’s degree in biomedical engineering from the Postgraduate School of Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2008, and earned a doctorate in 2018 in Medicine and Health with a research focus on reproductive health. Her research interests include population health, reproductive health, and women’s health.

Head of Data Utilization Division: Ema Madyaningrum, S.Kep.Ns., M.Kes., Ph.D.

She is a lecturer in the Department of Psychiatric and Community Nursing, Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing, Universitas Gadjah Mada. She obtained her Nursing degree in 2003 from the University of Indonesia, completed her master’s studies in the Tropical Medicine Program, Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2007, and earned a doctorate from Taipei Medical University in 2019 in Public Health. Her research focuses on the elderly, community nursing, and family nursing.

Head of Stakeholder Engagement Division: dr. M. Lutfan Lazuardi, M.Kes., Ph.D.

He is the group leader in the Master’s Program in Public Health with an interest in Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) and serves as the secretary of the Department of Health Policy and Management at the Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. He completed his medical education from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 1999, obtained a Master of Public Health from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2003, and earned a doctorate from Medizinische Universität Innsbruck Austria in 2006. His specialization is in public health informatics and health management information systems.

Head of Scientific Division: Septi Kurnia Lestari, S.Gz., M.Med.Sc.PH., Ph.D.

She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Nutrition in 2011 from Universitas Gadjah Mada, obtained a master’s degree in Public Health from Umeå University, Sweden, in 2015 with a focus on public health, and earned a doctorate in 2022 from Umeå University, Sweden, in social epidemiology. Her research interests include population aging, social support, and population health.

Data Collection Division: Agung Nugroho, AMG., MPH.

He is a lecturer in the Nutrition Program, Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta. He graduated with a Diploma 3 in Nutrition from Poltekkes Kemenkes Yogyakarta in 1994 and obtained a Master of Public Health from Umeå University, Sweden, in 2001. His research focuses on adolescent health, reproductive health, nutrition, and non-communicable diseases.

She obtained her medical degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2013 and a Master of Science in Public Health (MSPH) from the Department of Population, Family & Reproductive Health, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Johns Hopkins University in 2018. Her interests lie in public health, particularly focusing on child health, maternal health, and reproductive health.

She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Nutrition in 2008 and obtained a master’s degree in Human Nutrition from Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta in 2014. Yayuk Hartriyanti, SKM., M.Kes is one of the Scientific Members of the Data Utilization Division of HDSS Sleman. She serves as the Secretary of the Public Health Nutrition Study Program at the Department of Public Health Nutrition, Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing, Universitas Gadjah Mada. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health in 1993 with a focus on Epidemiology from Universitas Indonesia and obtained a master’s degree in Public Health Nutrition from Universitas Indonesia in 1996. Her research focuses on maternal and child health and occupational nutrition.

She is a pediatrician at Dr. Sardjito General Hospital, Yogyakarta, and also an academic staff in the Growth and Development – Social Pediatrics Division, Department of Pediatrics, Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing, Universitas Gadjah Mada. She obtained her medical degree in 2007 from Universitas Diponegoro, then pursued a combined degree program and graduated with a Master of Science and a Pediatric Specialist degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2014. She is a lecturer in the Department of Health Behavior, Environment, and Social Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing, UGM. She is also the initiator of the Health Promoting University (HPU) UGM. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences in 1998 from FISIPOL UGM, completed her master’s studies in 2000 in Public Health with a focus on Behavior and Health Promotion, and earned a doctorate from the Department of Medicine and Health, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2017. He is a researcher and lecturer in the Department of Health Policy and Management, Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing, UGM. He graduated from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2008, then pursued a Master of Public Health at Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2012, and completed his doctoral program at the University of Leeds, UK, in 2018. His specialization is in health financing and health insurance management. His current research interests include health care financing, issues related to efficiency and costs of health facilities and services, such as tuberculosis and wheelchairs. She graduated from Universitas Diponegoro in the field of Public Health with a focus on Occupational Health and Safety (K3) in 2014 and completed her master’s degree in the same field in 2017 at Universitas Gadjah Mada. Stakeholder Engagement Division: Anggi Lukman Wicaksana, S.Kep., Ns., M.S.

He is a lecturer in the Department of Medical Surgical Nursing, Nursing Science Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing, UGM. He completed his Nursing Education in 2011 at Universitas Airlangga, then completed his master’s degree in Adult Nursing at National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan, in 2016. His specialization and research interests are in the care of patients with diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and health behaviors.
