There are two household member module codes used in the HDSS Sleman questionnaire: ART and PART.

• The ART module contains questions about the basic demographic information of respondents who have not been previously recorded by HDSS Sleman—in other words, new household members.
• The PART module is for existing respondents, and the demographic data changes asked about include changes in head of household status, presence (present, deceased, or moved), marital status, education, occupation, and health insurance ownership.
